Stag weekends in Scotland would not be complete without clay pigeon shooting.

Clay pigeon shooting is a sport that's great if you're not fit. Depending on the clay pigeon centre you will have several types of targets normally to shoot.

Let us know what type of shooting you would like to do as we have the real serious clay shooting clubs and the other type where you get to shoot from basic traps, still good fun though.

Generally with clay shooting for safety reasons you will be split into groups of 5 or 6. No one will be standing around for long and no experience in required.

You can normally choose 25 or 50 clay shooting deals. 25 clays will normally take a group of 12 about 1 hour 30 mins.

If you want another activity to go along with clay pigeon shooting then normally quad biking, off road, mini highland games or white water rafting are close by.

The clay shooing ground was great and close to Edinburgh. Alan did a great job and got most of hitting the clays.
