If you've ever fancied the idea of scrambling through tunnels or throwing yourself down a zip slide, how about a day on an assault course?

Competing against the clock, the wedding party can compete against each other to achieve the best time just make sure you've not been overdoing the merriment the night before.

Ideally the team would like you to have commando-like levels of fitness but they all know, deep down, that it won't be the case.

Even so, it might be worth getting involved in a little pre-party training, because you're going to be working hard.

You never know, you might even be able to do something nasty to the groom on the day.
