White Water Rafting Scotland Hen Weekends
White water rafting is probably one of the top activities for hen weekends in Scotland.
Scotland has to be the best place to do white water rafting, it has rivers from one extreme to the other. The Orchy is absolutely mental when the weather is right, with many grade 5 rapids, for a less scarey ride especially if its your first time we suggest the river Tay or Tummel if you are close to Perthshire or the Findhorn which is close to Aviemore and Inverness.
Most hen parties prefer the more modderate rivers, so we would suggest the River Tummel, Tay or Findhorn.
White water rafting is just one of those activities which was made for hen groups. Your hen party will go down the river at the same time, each raft holds 8 people.
All the white water rafting equipment will be provided, including wet suites. We would suggest taking old trainers and a towel.
If you are doing white water rafting then we would also suggest for the summer months combining it with canyoning or mini highland games. Other great options in the colder months are clay pigeon shooting, quad biking or paintballing. We do have loads more of other activities.
