If you consume a couple of cocktails, jump up and down a little, spin round a few times and then stand in the rain, it is almost the same thing! It lacks a little of the je ne sais quoi, we'll admit but short of building a mountain and gorge, its the best we can do.

Come to Scotland if you are serious, but if stand at the bar long enough, all thoughts of white water will fade from your mind and you will be as happy as a sandboy.
