Abseiling in Sunderland

Sunderland as on of the largest abseiling and climbing communities in the North East with plenty of place to climb down and up, you will not be disappointed

Prior to any climbing you will be fully briefed on the safety aspects of climbing and given an outline of your sessions - all of which lasts approximately 15 minutes.

Following the briefing, your climbing will commence and include an opportunity for all members to have training and practice runs up the slope before they start to feel like Sylvester stallion from cliff hanger.
