Canyoning is an absolute scream for hen and stag parties; it’s just you and nature. You’ll swim across pools, scramble across rocks, jump off cliffs and slide down large slabs of rock. This is one of our favourite sports to get the heart pumping; everybody will talk about it for weeks afterwards. Just one bit of advice clench your bum when you hit the water.
