Beaconsfield is a market town in Buckinghamshire, about 25 miles North West of London. Perched atop the Chiltern Hills it is rich in stunning natural spectacles, which in turn makes it a vibrant tourist spot. While the new town houses one of the most famous landmarks of Bekonscot Model Village, the oldest model village in the world! 3 miles from here is located the 16th century Milton's Cottage, where John Milton lived and completed "Paradise Lost" and started "Paradise regained". There is an impressive array of restaurants and pubs to cater to the eclectic tastes of the tourists.
