No kidding here - it can get sore - the object is not to get hit - can you run fast, hide behind trees, dive into puddles and generally outsmart your mates - If you answer yes then your laughing. You will talk about who did the best for weeks afterwards. You will be supplied with overalls and all the equipment you need. Extra paintballs are available to purhcase at the site. Best activity ever - all 16 of us had a great time - not that sore we still managed to drink at night.
