 Caving could be a back breaking sport, an interesting hobby or an exciting exploration to delve deep into the bygone era of the cavemen! It’s a great team event where you can extend a helping hand to your friend to wriggle through a bottleneck passage or to jump over a hurdle.
Caving is not for the faint hearted as caves are dark and damp dotted with natural formations, streams and canyons where rats, bats and crickets thrive in mass! If you like to get muddy and go underground then here we go!
It is advisable to go caving with an experienced caver as navigation in the dark interiors could be a tough game and chances of getting lost is not rare.

Useful Tips to help you
• Wear stout boots, jeans and sweat shirt, ideal for rugged use; a helmet and light sources form the basic caving Equipment. Knee and elbow pads come handy while crawling through the rough terrain whilst ropes and tools can come to your aid to tackle obstacles.
• While tackling complex and massive caves, cellular phones or GPS device would be highly recommended.
