Canyoning

CanyoningThis is not for the chicken hearted and is definitely not something that you can do on your own! It forms a piping hot outdoor activity in the stag and hen party itinerary of many.

Canyoning is nothing but loads of fun and a big ball game to celebrate the last night of freedom in flair. Canyoning involve sliding, jumping and diving down a river gorge and cascading waterfalls and is typically an all weather sport. However you need to be real thick skinned to attempt this pulsating event in the chilly waters in winter.

You can slide down the rocks, jump off the cliffs or scramble up the wet slabs of rock and drop down. Does that sound scary? Don’t you worry, you will be fully secured with helmets and wet suits, which makes all your dare devil acts a cake walk! Get wet and soak up some fun or get excited or freaked out in the company of your buddies, making it a perfect team event.

Where can you try Canyoning?

We have something special for everyone. We set the perfect stage for you to unbridle your enthusiasm in some of the stunning locales steeped deep in green woods with gushing waterfalls and imposing rock cliffs, forming a pristine setting. Whether you are an ardent adventurer or a curious explorer, Canyoning is just for you! You can cherry pick from some of the best options and Canyoning packages!

Why we recommend Canyoning? - You can easily cobble up a heady day by combining it with other activities such as river bugs, cliff jumping, motor sports or even highland games. Canyoning is a relatively new addition to the activity list, so it’s your best chance to get to know some of the smoking locations and courses!

Canyoning is available to anyone above the age of 12 with a good fitness level and a head for heights. Full day and shorter versions are available to suit your time and if you think some courses are just too hard, we always have alternate options. If this is your first hand experience you can be rest assured that this won't disappoint you.

  • A compact team of 4-8 people would be ideal.
  • Do not leave unnecessary slings or try to change the rock surfaces in any way.
  • Avoid creek banks and soft vegetation and stick to the existing pathways.
  • An experienced navigator should lead the team.
The Canyoning was great fun really worked well with the rafting in the afternoon.
