It sounds easy doesn’t it, well in principal it is until you are looking down from the edge of a cliff 60 foot high. Just take a deep breath close your eyes and step out, gravity will do the rest. You will be given instructions on the correct jumping positions to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time. Oh and keep your bum tightly squeezed!
