Mountain biking and more at Pro Adventure

If you've ever wanted to learn to mountain bike properly up actual mountains as opposed to dodging traffic at rush hour then this is for you.

There's some beautiful Welsh scenery to enjoy, a range of trails available and the price includes bike hire plus a qualified instructor to stop you getting lost.

The centre runs half-day courses promising some off-the-road fun and great views, or full-day courses with a refreshing trip to the pub at lunchtime. Or for ardent cyclists who don't know the meaning of saddle sores, a two-day course can be arranged, which includes bed and breakfast accommodation.

If you're interested in combining mountain biking with some other thrilling activities, the centre can also arrange white water rafting, clay pigeon shooting, rock climbing, a Ray Mears-style bush craft experience, gorge walking and kayaking.

For stag and hen parties after an adventurous time, the centre offers a choice of action-packed stag and hen weekend packages, or if you prefer you can even choose your activities and design your own.

Or for brave corporate groups wanting to be pushed to the limit, adventure-based team building sessions can also be arranged.
